What to include in your enquiry
To help us respond quickly and accurately, please include as much of the following as you can:
- Pickup location and delivery location (suburb and state)
- Type of freight — pallets, cartons, machinery, temperature-sensitive or general goods
- Approximate weight, dimensions and number of items
- Preferred pickup date and any delivery deadlines
- Whether tail-lift, forklift or special handling is required at either end
